Delivery Method

Maktabatus Suffah delivers books all across India. We ship through India Post / Speed Post and Courier Service — reaching every corner of the country.

• Usually delivered within 5–7 working days
• Remote areas may take slightly longer
• No delivery on holidays and government holidays
• Books are packed and shipped within 1–2 working days after order confirmation

Tracking / Order Tracking

After shipping your books, we will provide you a Tracking Number. You can track your order anytime using this.

• Or ask on our WhatsApp for the Tracking Number

Shipping Charges

Shipping charge depends on the weight and destination of the order. After packing the book, we will inform you the exact shipping charge — then you pay and the book will be sent.

Important Information

• Give the correct address and PIN code when ordering
• If delivery fails due to wrong address, we will not be responsible
• After receiving the book, do an Unboxing Video — this will serve as proof for any issues

Our Replace Policy

Maktabatus Suffah always tries to send correct and quality books. But if there is any problem, we are committed to providing a solution.

When you will get a Replace:

• If you receive a damaged book (torn, wet, printing error)
• If the wrong book is sent (not what you ordered)
• If pages are missing or bound upside down

When Replace will NOT happen:

• If you change your mind or don't like it
• If you claim without Unboxing Video
• If you inform after 3 days

Replace Process — Step by Step

1. Step 1: Within 3 days of receiving the book, inform us on WhatsApp
2. Step 2: Send Unboxing Video — full video from opening the packet to taking out the book
3. Step 3: Send photos of the issue — clear photo of the damaged or wrong book
4. Step 4: We verify and inform decision within 48 hours
5. Step 5: If approved, a new book will be sent

Time Limit

Must inform within 3 days of receiving the book.

Why is Unboxing Video necessary?

Unboxing Video is your protection. It proves that the book reached you in damaged condition from us.

• Record video from the start of opening the packet to taking out the book
• Hold it so that the condition of the book is clearly visible in the video

What Information We Collect

Maktabatus Suffah respects your privacy. Only necessary information is collected for order processing.

• Name and contact number
• Delivery address and PIN code
• Email address (optional)
• Order history

How Information is Used

• For order confirmation and delivery
• For Tracking Number and order updates
• For providing customer service
• For updates on new books and offers (with your consent)

Information Security

• Your information is stored securely
• Information taken through WhatsApp and Phone is used only for order fulfillment
• Payment information is not stored with us

Your Rights

You have full rights over your personal information.

• You can request to see your information at any time
• You can request correction of wrong information
• You can request deletion of all your information

Order & Payment

• Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled — so make sure before ordering
• First-time buyers will get COD facility; subsequent orders require Online Payment
• UPI • Paytm • GPay • PhonePe — all methods accepted
• Order will not be processed if payment is not confirmed

About Books & Products

• All books are collected directly from publishers
• Book prices may change — the price at time of order applies
• If stock runs out, order may be cancelled and payment returned
• We try to keep book images and descriptions accurate, but slight differences may occur

Delivery Terms

• Giving the correct address is the customer's responsibility
• If delivery fails due to wrong address, additional charges may apply for resending
• Taking Unboxing Video when receiving the book is mandatory (for any claim)

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by India Post
• We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters or other force majeure
• Stock listed on the website may not always be real-time updated
• If an order cannot be completed due to any technical issue, we are not responsible — but will always help in resolving
• If any dispute arises, we will make every effort to resolve through discussion
